Wild Card's description
Collapse of major national bank is a catalyst for new forms of cooperative ownership of basic services, in a peripheral country e.g. Ireland, Portugal, Latvia. A sudden focus on sustainable consumption helps to undermine conventional market structures. These brings a rapid increase in unemployment, however these people can enjoy life more than before.
