Weak Signal's description
Growing problems involving intersection of gender politics and anti-discrimination rules concerning ethnic minorities. (1) Separate regimes of law for different ethnic groups, hugely extending current frameworks permitting some diversity for Jewish, Islamic and other communities where it comes to divorce, polygamy, education, etc. (2) Major conflict with some ethnic and religious minorities as mainstream laws on domestic violence and treatment of alternative sexualities are forcibly applied. (3) Application of “hate crime” label to an increasing range of community and interpersonal conflicts becomes a major source of resentment since it is felt that different standards are being applied
