Wild Card's description
In those areas in the EU, where the contribution of road surface to road safety has been recognised for years and skidding resistance policies are already applied (as e.g. in the UK), the lowest numbers of accidents are recorded. The awareness towards skidding resistance rises in all areas of the EU and countries are seeking to harmonise the used surface technologies and policies.
