European projects to capture and store cultural and historical heritage succeed beyond expectation. Centrally stored and accessible through the Internet, they are used by citizens daily. Angered by the demand for his early retirement, a high management level digital library employee decides to erase all of Europe's cultural and historical heritage information including backups.
