Wild Card's description: 

To mitigate the greenhouse gas emissions and to raise awareness for possible food side affect the consumption of too much meat might have - such as a higher risk for cancer - the EU releases a regulation that forbids the consumption of meat in all EU member states on mondays. Thus, shops do not offer any meat and neither restaurants or cafeterias are allowed to prepare any dishes including meat. Whereas most people get used to it quickly, there is a small group of European that accuses the regulation of abusing civil rights and liberties.
