Wild Card's description: 

Suddenly algae escapes from many sea breading areas around the world at the same time and starts to severally harm all the ocean ecosystems. Fisheries and aquaculture are heavily suffering. Soon it is realized that algae production brings along new unpredictable problems like DDT did a few decades ago.
