Wild Card's description: 

Criminals sell fake DNA on internet. Politicians (or other famous/rich persons) are blackmailed by abusing their (fake) DNA "fingerprints". For example, police finds prime minister's DNA at many scenes of crime, or paternity lawsuits are issued against billionnaires. In another scenario, insurance company is buying clients DNA (to calculate premiums). Weapons race starts between DNA fakers and forensics.
