Weak Signal's description: 

The idea contest is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research and part of the project “OFFIES 2020+: Open Innovation Processes for the Energy Efficient City 2020+”. Among others, it is organized by the universities of Munich and Erlangen-Nuremberg and the city of Munich. The purpose of the contest is to animate as many people as possible to generate and advance innovative concepts on energy efficiency in the fields of mobility, habitation and the combination of both fields. The ideas are commented by other participants and evaluated by experts. Each field´s best ideas are awarded with material prizes and further optimized in idea-workshops.
