Dr Toshiya Jitsuzumi
Professor (Faculty of Economics/Kyushu University) Research Fellow (Glocom)Toshiya Jitsuzumi is a professor of industrial policy at the Faculty of Economics, Kyushu University, Japan. He has earned an LLB from the University of Tokyo, an MBA from New York University, and a D.Sc. from Waseda University, Japan; and had served for 15 years at the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communication, Japan. His research topic includes public economics and communication/Internet economics, and recently focuses on network neutrality.
