Teresa is the founder of Potocki Communications which is dedicated to helping organisations envision, plan for and achieve successful futures. From an early age since her visit to Poland during the signing of the Gdańsk agreement, Potocka began to observe the future and how it unfolds. London served as a good vantage point during her childhood years prior to her adopting an innovative approach to better assess the impact of long-term trends, and potential outcomes much later. Over the past 20 years she has gained insights into organisational change and brand development which have led to identifying new ways to determine future outcomes. She honed her knowledge of systems, organisational management, strategic communications both locally and internationally through taking on roles at every operating level. Her operations expertise was developed in fast-moving, international environments from start-ups, SMEs, corporates to multinationals in-house, agency-side and client-side in EMEA, the Gulf region and the Americas. She has worked for several of the past and present Fortune Top 500 companies. She has commercial experience in financial services, advertising, politics, retail, digital media, recruitment, film, technology, design, investment banking and telecommunications. This experience led her to become a multidiscplinarian and a futurologist. In 2007 Potocka started Potocki Communications which sits at the intersection between the foresight business and the communications arena.
